We pay special attention to the local sourcing of our ingredients to provide an authentic and varied experience. Every day, we carefully prepare sourdough bread, cakes, yogurts, and homemade fresh fruit salad, adding a touch of freshness and artisanal quality to your meal.
The Breakfast
Breakfast service takes place between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, giving you the opportunity to enjoy this morning feast in our cozy dining room or on the terrace, depending on the weather conditions. Our full and delicious breakfasts are a celebration of local flavors and homemade delights. Accompanied by fresh fruit juices, coffee, and a selection of teas, our offerings include homemade sourdough bread, tempting cakes, yogurt, authentic jams, and a savory touch with on request eggs, cheese, and a selection of organic, free-range Black Gascon pork charcuterie.
Guest Table Diners
For an authentic culinary experience, we offer guest table dinners, available upon request 7 days in advance, based on a predefined schedule depending on attendance. Our commitment to traditional dishes and the use of regional products is at the heart of every meal.
We are pleased to offer a carefully selected option: a wine board for two people1 featuring a selection of organic, free-range black Gascon pork cold cuts, local cheeses, fresh salads, and fruits, accompanied by two glasses of wine, providing a taste of the delights of our region. This choice can be enjoyed in our cozy dining room or on the terrace if weather permits, with a reservation 48 hours in advance.
Alternatively, depending on attendance, we offer:
- a salad and dessert formula1
- a complete meal consisting of a starter, a main course, and a dessert2
- a barbecue recipe3 when the weather permits, consisting of grilled organic Gascon black pork or free-range Aberdeen-Angus beef, a variety of salads and raw vegetables, and a dessert
Each dish is crafted with fresh and local ingredients, showcasing the richness and culinary tradition of our region. All our products come from traditional and sustainable local farming that meets the highest quality standards (organic free-range black Gascon pork, pasture-raised Aberdeen-Angus, free-range lambs, free-range fat ducks, organic herbs and flowers, organic saffron, …).
These dinners at the table d’hôtes are an opportunity to savor dishes prepared with passion, where regional flavors intertwine to offer an authentic culinary experience.
