Common Sense Reminders for Community Living

Dear residents,

We are delighted to welcome you to the Hauts de Sauliès.

We had not planned to establish such rules, but experience has shown us that it was necessary to remind some guidelines. Therefore, we have drafted this document, which will probably not be useful for most of you.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules:

Breakfast:

Breakfast is served between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM in the dining room or on the terrace if the weather permits. For hygiene reasons, please do not eat your meals in the rooms.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM when weather permits. This area is dedicated to relaxation; we thank you for respecting the peace of other residents. The pool is unmonitored, children must always be accompanied by an adult when moving around the facility. The depth is 1.5m, so diving is prohibited.

Important Note: Property owners and their families also reserve the right to use the pool and its facilities.

Quiet Hours:

Please respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM for everyone’s rest.

Phyto-purification:

We have a phyto-purification system for treating wastewater, using plants to filter and purify the water. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING INTO THE TOILETS OTHER THAN THE PROVIDED PAPER. Bins are placed in each toilet for your intimate products or wet toilet papers, using the bags intended for this purpose.

Use of Common Areas:

Common areas are available for everyone. Please keep them clean and tidy after use. Children must be accompanied by an adult in these areas.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the buildings. Outside, please smoke away from other residents and do not dispose of cigarette butts on the terraces and in the park.

Important note: Common areas may not, under any circumstances, be privatized, for example by closing doors to restrict access to other residents.

Mobile phones:

Mobile phones are welcome, but please be careful not to disturb other residents by stepping aside when you make a call.

Equipment:

Please respect and take care of the equipment provided to you. In case of damage, please inform us immediately.

Security:

Keep your valuables safe. We disclaim any responsibility for loss or theft. Make sure to securely lock the doors when you leave your room. When leaving the house, check that all lights are turned off and keep the keys. Ensure that the doors leading outside are tightly closed to prevent our pets from escaping.

Waste:

Please sort your waste and place recyclables in the bin provided in the parking area.

Use of the kitchen:

The kitchen space is reserved for preparing breakfasts and the guest table. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to use the refrigerator.

Picnics are prohibited, whether inside or outside the house.

Guests:

Our guesthouse and its facilities are accessible only to residents of the guest rooms. It is not possible to invite outside guests (friends, family, etc.).

Wifi:
